These terms cover your use of this website and the forms on it, run by Hattitude Miami LLC, doing business as Hattitude Hat Bar ("Hattitude," "we," "us"), in Miami, Florida. By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

Sending a form is a request, not a confirmed booking or order. Prices shown on the site and in the hat builder are estimates. Your final price, hat count, event details, and date are confirmed with you directly, on a call or in a booking agreement. Private events start at 12 hats.

Custom hats

Every hat is made by hand, so small differences in color, texture, and placement are part of the product. Builder previews show a similar style, not an exact render of your hat. We confirm your build with you before we make it.

SMS Terms

If you check the text message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Hattitude Miami LLC at the number you provided.

What you'll get: replies to your inquiry, booking confirmations, and event reminders. We don't send marketing texts.

Photos, text, and logos on this site belong to Hattitude or are used with permission. Please don't reuse them without asking.
